KTHS Past Student Association of Florida's Auto Mechanics Lab Project included the purchase of creeper boards, hydraulic jacks, fans, computer and monitor. Some items were purchased and delivered in October 2014.
The project was completed August 2015 with the purchase of 5 mechanical tool sets, heavy duty drop cords and 30 computer mouse for interactive learning. The students will no doubt have the tools needed for learning.
Thanks to our very own, Hyacinth Davis who was instrumental in working with the school in the purchase and delivery of these items and Director, Karel McIntosh for presenting items on behalf of Association.
Second Project - Textile and Needlework Department
KTHS Textile and Needlework Department received 8 Singer sewing machines, including an industrial machine to replace the old machines and enable the students to complete their courses and examinations.
Thanks to David Brown/KTHSPSAFL Liaison in Jamaica, who was instrumental in ensuring that the machines were purchased and installed. Thanks also to the Department teacher and Principal.
